Of course, with the right installation, the wood will be properly acclimated to each room before installation to ensure that your floors won’t cup and warp. The kitchen
A kitchen is prone to fluctuating temperatures, and as a result, fluctuating moisture levels in the air. This makes the kitchen a little tricky to fit with hardwood floors. However, it’s not impossible. When you choose a type of wood for the kitchen, you may want to look at engineered wood that is less prone to buckling and cupping. Plus, the floor finish in the kitchen should also be conducive to standing up to heavy foot traffic. It may go against logic, but a softer floor finish may be better suited than a hard floor finish. A softer finish may dent, whereas a hard finish may crack. A crack in the finish not only leaves your floors vulnerable to the excess moisture but is much more noticeable to the eye than a few dents.

While you can have hardwood floors in the bathroom, you have to be extra careful.
